WLDH spiral horizontal ribbon mixer is composed of a U-shaped container, ribbon stirring blades, and transmission components.
The structure of the spiral mixing belt blade generally has two or three layers. The outer spiral pushes materials from the side to the inner center of the spiral ribbon mixer, and the inner spiral transports the materials from the center of the ribbon mixer to the side, continuously stirring and fully mixing the materials by convective fluidity.
The powder ribbon blender has a good capacity for mixing viscous or cohesive powders, granules, and powder mixing with liquids and paste materials.
