Working Principle of A Single Punch Tablet Press

The TDP single-punch tablet machine or RTP tablet press is mainly composed of molds, feeding funnel, filling and conditioning machinery, pressure conditioning machinery, and film discharge machinery.

The lower punch of the single punch tablet pill press enters the middle die hole from the lower end of the middle die hole to seal the bottom of the middle die hole. The feeder fill the middle mold hole with medicine powder or granule, and the punch of the upper punch enters the middle mold hole from the upper end of the middle mold hole and goes down for a certain distance to compress the medicine powder into tablets. Then the upper punch rises out of the hole, and the lower punch come upward to push the tablet out of the middle die hole, completing a tablet pressing process. The under shoot drops to its original position, ready to be filled again.
