There are 2 types of tablet presses: single punch tablet press and rotary tablet presses. Rotary tablet machines are also called multi-station machines. They have multiple rotating stations to quickly compress the powder into tablets of uniform size, shape (depending on the punch design), and weight.
The three layer tablet press machine meets GMP and is made of stainless steel. The inner tablet press surface has been specially treated, which could keep surface luster and avoid cross-contamination.
The cover is made of stainless steel with a close type. The inner surface applied with stainless steel materials, which could keep surface luster and prevent from being polluted crossly, comply with GMP requirement.
