Rapid Mixer Granulator

Impellers: The impellers are installed at the bottom of dome like stainless steel bowl, and consists of two full length and two half-length blades. These impellers are designed in such a way that shorter blade lift the material and longer blade impel the material to mix well. These impellers break up the wet mass into small pieces and granules. 
Chopper: The specially desiger small blades are setted at the bottom of the stainless steel mixing dome. It could rotate at high speed of 1440/2880rpm to give easy and uniform granulation. Chopper cuts the wet lumps of materiral into small pellet which have been well mixed evenly by the impellers and its speed is responsible for the size of granules. 

● The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure.Its structure is reasonable.
● Use air filled seal shaft to drive. When washing, it can be changed to water.
● Use fluidized Granulating and the granule is similar to ball of good fluidity.
● Comparing with the traditional process, 25% of adhesive can be saved and the drying time is much shorter.
● The time of dry mixing is 2 minutes and the time of granulating is 1-4 minutes,  efficacy increases 4-5 miuntes.
● Dry mixing, wet mixing, and granulating is finished in one sealing bowl. Strictly meeting requirements of GMP.
● The whole operation has strict safe and protective measures.

With rapid mixing granulator machine, the formation of granule happens by whirling, tumbling and flying motion of raw material. Dry mixing is completed by adding all ingredients into RMG by movement of impeller and chopper at high speed. During the powder mixing with binder solution, impeller and chopper should rotate at low speed. After the forming of wet mass, impeller and chopper should rotate at high speed to form the granules of size required.
Drying mixing usually takes around 3~5 minutes to mix all dry materials, wet mixing always takes around 5~10minutes to make the wet mass of material while the granulation process takes 5~10 minutes to generate 0.5mm to 1.5mm of granules.
The whole mixing time depends on the original ingredients amount and the final granule size.
