How to Use A Tray Drying Oven
1. Put the solid material containing moisture on the oven tray, and then put the tray into the oven. 2. Start to run the oven machine and fresh air enters through the inlet. 3. The hot air is circulated by the fan, and the air in the chamber is heated by the heater. 4. Reduce the vapor pressure and reduce the thickness of the air boundary layer, thereby enhancing the drying effect of hot air. 5. Water diffuses from the inside of the porous material and evaporates from the surface of the solid substance. 6. The air that absorbs about 80-90% of the moisture from the material is recycled to the inlet of the fan and mixed with fresh dry air. 7. The hot air circulates many times to absorb more moisture on the material. 8. The moisture collected in the air is discharged through the outlet of the dryer. 9. Estimate the dryness of the material by measuring the water discharged from the outlet. 10. Finally, the drying tray is pulled out of the bin and sent to the unloading station.
