3. Put some cloth in the cavity mold. Then put the upper mold in the cavity mold, drive the pulley downward with your hand close to the upper surface of the upper mold, and then tighten the screws. Then turn it around by hand to see whether the mold is installed in the correct position and whether it deviates. If everything is normal, then transfer the pressure to a minimum so that you can start compression.
4. Click the button to run the flower basket tablet press and check whether the weight of the product meets the requirements. The tablet weight can be adjusted through the lower part of the ejector screw and the top cover. Clockwise rotation can reduce product weight, and counterclockwise rotation can increase product weight.
5. Next, adjust the height of the apex of the product. The top height of the product is completed by the upper and cap. When the big gear protrudes downward, adjust the upper mold and the top mold so that the height of the apex of the lower mold matches the working pressure plate. Then click the button to run the flower basket pill press machine to see if the pressure of the product meets the requirements. If the pressure is less than the requirement, adjust the small bevel gear on the eccentric wheel, first loosen the two screws on the eccentric wheel, and then rotate the small gear clockwise. Turn clockwise to reduce the thickness of the tablet, and turn the gear counterclockwise to increase the thickness of the tablet. After adjustment, tighten the screws.
6. Feeder adjustment. Rotate the belt gear to raise the lower mold to the highest level (to keep it consistent with the cavity mold), loosen the nut, adjust the segmented mold, and make the front end of the feeder close to the edge. Then tighten the nut and repeat several times to see if the feeder can smoothly eject the tablet. Adjust all the above actions to start automatic production.
7. Usually, the pill press dies must be checked before use to understand whether it has burrs, cracks, deformation, and quality problems. Check the fluidity of the raw materials, the content of fine powder, and the mold sticking situation to avoid affecting the service life and service life of the tablet press equipment. The machine has a stop button. If there is a lamination when pressed, the upper die must be checked in time. If the machine makes an abnormal sound during operation, you must stop the machine and check it immediately, and then continue to use it after troubleshooting.
