Host
The machine's main body is equipped with PLC and touch screen, which can display temperature and negative pressure control system and can be customized programming. It can be set to automatically adjust the flow, negative pressure, air intake, exhaust, temperature, speed, etc.
Hot Air Cabinet
The air sucked by the tablet film coater through the centrifugal fan is filtered first, and then blown to the drum of the host through the heat exchanger (steam or electric).
Exhaust Cabinet
The exhaust cabinet is used to exhaust air from the pot of the host (including dust collection) and make the working area under negative pressure. The cabinet is equipped with a shock absorber, and the exhaust port is equipped with a backflow prevention device.
Agitating And Holding Tank
It is equipped with a pneumatic agitator, which is driven by compressed air and has a stable rotation speed, which can evenly mix the tablets.
