Fluid-bed bottom coater is a new style coating equipment, that combines fluid-bed spraying technology and medicine pellet coating well.
It is widely used for pellet pills film slow and control releasing coating, framework slow and control releasing capsule, medicine pellet coating, granulating, powder coating, etc.
Features:
1. In the fluidization state of bottom spray, the medicine material has a strict running track, so that uniform and continuous coating film can be obtained.
2. There is No coating material loss ,and this will make low production cost.
3. The material has excellent dispersion and no adhesion.
4. Through powder granulation, improve fluidity and reduce dust flying.
5. Spray, mixing, granulation, coating, drying and other processes can be carried out at the same time, greatly reducing the process.
6. Strict fountain fluidization is formed in the bed to ensure uniform coating.
7. The granulation process parameters are stable and highly repeatable.
8. The design and manufacture comply with GMP specifications, and the cleaning is fast, complete and free of cross contamination.
