Full automatic control:one button start,set the spray process parame-ters,display animation on the touch screen,the operation process is clearly displayed,just press the stop button when the machine is switched off,and the machine automatically and safely shut down.
Manual control:if the process parameters need to be adjusted during the experiment,it is convenient to switch to the manual state,and the whole experiment process is dynamically displayed on the color touch screen (animation).
Shutdown protection function:when shutdown,just press the stop key, the machine will stop running except the fan,and the heating part will not burn out due to misoperation (forced shutdown of the fan).
The spray,drying and collection system is made of transparent high borosilicate heat-resistant glass material.The spray drying process is car- ried out in a pollution-free and stable environment,and the whole spray drying process can be observed directly.It provides convenience for re- searchers to control the experimental process and experimental results, and can solve problems in time.All glass elements are easy to disassem- ble and clean.
Built in oil-free air compressor,the particle size of powder is normally distributed,the fluidity is very good,and the noise is very low,less than 60dB,which meets the laboratory noise standard;
Atomization structure of two fluid atomization,the whole machine is made of stainless steel,compact design,no need for accessory equip- ment,easy to use and long lasting.
In order to meet the user's requirements of adjusting various parame-ters in the experimental range,real-time PID constant temperature control technology is adopted in the design of drying temperature control,so that the temperature control of the whole temperature zone is accurate and the heating temperature control accuracy is±1 ℃.
